Motor hats rub on inside of motor cover

The motor hats & springs rub on the underside of the motor cover. The motor cover is printed with support, so this results in the motor hats & springs rubbing on an uneven surface, creating a lot of noise & a bit of friction.

The boolean should be made larger to increase the tolerance.
