[Bug]: pyOCD 0.40 regressions with Zephyr

Description

pyOCD 0.40 does not work with the Zephyr examples available on

• https://github.com/Open-CMSIS-Pack/Zephyr-Alif
• https://github.com/Open-CMSIS-Pack/Zephyr-ST

pyOCD 0.40 is not yet part of a CMSIS-Debugger release.
The problems should be fixed before the release of the next VS Code CMSIS Debugger.
