[Feature Request]: Bundling pyOCD with CMSIS-Toolbox: Step 1 Documentation

Description

pyOCD now supports the *.cbuild-run.yml file that simplifies the usage as many parameters are provided via this file.

pyOCD options such as --target, --pack, --frequency are replaced by this file. As pyOCD has a long history, we cannot deprecate this features instantly.

The proposal is to add a section pyOCD to the CMSIS-Toolbox user's guide that explains the usage of pyOCD in combination with the CMSIS-Toolbox. This documentation would only document the features that are relevant when using pyOCD in combination with the CMSIS-Toolbox or the VS Code extensions CMSIS Solution and CMSIS-Debugger.

This could be a first step of the integration. Another open issue is whether pyOCD should be provided as stand-alone installer using the vcpkg system or if it is better to integrated it into the CMSIS-Toolbox.
