[Feature Request]: Set Breakpoints while running

Description

It is today possible to set breakpoints while running. However, to achieve that, the target is stopped for a short moment, then the breakpoint is set, and target is put into running state again.

Is it possible to avoid the "stopped for a short moment" with the new aux connection.
