[Feature Request]: Implement Telnet features in cbuild-run.yml

There are a few questions/issues with the current proposal:

• example for single core is missing the -
• how do you specify the filename?
• is the server created if port is not specified (using default port)?
• can server and log be active at the same time?
• just specifying telnet: and relying on defaults would contradict creating a server if port is not specified.

Maybe we consider the following:

telnet:
- pname: [Optional]
mode: [Required]: off, server, console, file
port: [Optional] TCP/IP server port (default: 4444)
file: [Optional] Filename for logging to file (default: TBD)
