[Feature Request]: Pre-Download Script when flashing with CMSIS Debugger

Description

I have a uVision example project for an STM32L467. This device has swapable flash banks. To flash the correct flash bank, in the uVision project a Pre-Download Script was used that configured the select register of the device according to which flash bank is supposed to be programmed.
I am not aware of an equivalent feature when flashing with CMSIS Debugger, so I created this feature request. There are numerous other use-cases, like also described in the linked uVision manual page.
