  • Move RTOS Views to recommended extensions.

@KeilChris , the README.md updates are only a first draft. Please polish this here or in the pending docs PR for RTOS Views.

Merging now, @KeilChris please rebase and update README as needed with https://github.com/Open-CMSIS-Pack/vscode-cmsis-debugger/tree/doc_updates_for_1_2_0
