Exception on "pload ALL"

Description

Default config of OCCT compiled without GLTF fails to perform "pload ALL" command.
In the absence of this library the following error appears:

An exception was caught Draw_Failure: Could not open: libTKXSDRAWGLTF.dll;

Expected Behavior

Accept failure, print error and continue loading.

Actual Behavior

Does not accept failures during plugin loading, breaks loading of all the later plugins. Commands are unavailable.

Hello, thank you for report.
That is expected behaviour and we will probably patch "pload ALL" to not load GLTF in case if you didn't build it.

TKDEGLTF is optinal toolkit which is build with USE_RAPIDJSON =ON
For now solution - please enable "-D USE_RAPIDJSON=ON" on cmake or pload only necessary plugins.
