SIGSEGV with DRAW command distmini

Description

Please, try the DRAW command distmini with attached shapes.
It reports SIGSEGV.
Attached patch provides a quick simple fix, but probably more clever solution could be found.

Expected Behavior

No exception

Actual Behavior

An exception was caught OSD_SIGSEGV: SIGSEGV 'segmentation violation' detected. Address 0.
