Explicit Support for Global SSEBop

We need some support/documentation/jupyter example in the example folder for a global SSEBop run.

Change default tmax source to the global chelsa/daymet hybrid product (assuming it is identical to the existing daymet asset over the CONUS)

Tmax dependency has been removed in the latest version (v0.7.0). The only remaining non-global dependency is on the adjustment/correction for converting from alfalfa to grass reference using hourly NLDAS. It would be good to add support for using hourly ERA5-Land in a new minor update version (v0.8.0?) and then make this the default in a version 1 release.

It looks like initial support for computing the alfalfa to grass conversion using hourly ERA5-Land support was added back in version 0.3.2, but this may still require some review or work.

True default global support is now limited by the recent changes to the FANO Tcorr approach that require a landcover dataset for defining agricultural and "anomalous" (barren, shrubland, urban, etc.) land covers.
