Wheel diameter changed

Between the original version of the robot and the new one, the wheel size has changed from 60 to 65 mm so the turns are off. Or maybe they're off independently of the wheel size change. But squares do not have 90 degree turns.

Maybe we could add some function on the chassis that sets the wheel size and have it default to the new wheel size. I'll post the actual size change when I have a change, but it was either 60 to 65mm or 65 to 60mm.
