Convert blockly program without XRP connected #107
Description
It seems like we should not offer to convert a blockly program to python if you are not connected to an XRP and not logged into as a Google User. This is while on a blocks program tab and selecting the View menu and selection
Convert to Python
It does the conversion, but says it will put the existing blocks file into the trash, but there is not trash directory available, so my .blocks file is lost.
