Drivers install percent install needs to include copying the drivers to the XRP

Currently I get the percentage to 100% after the drivers are downloaded from the server. But, then it stays at 100% while copying the files to the XRP. Since bluetooth is slower than a USB cable it sits for a long time. The percentage should include both the download from the server and the upload to the XRP.

We actually don't show the download progress. The progress dialog that was shown is for uploading the content to the XRP Robot. The pause might be coming from downloading it. I need to add a timing measurement in those call to do a comparing.
