[07/05/2023]: Update course creation script for contributors

Summary

Currently, the script to populate new course contents from contributors uses a default file URL that directs to a hosted file on Cloudinary, this was used because I haven't implemented a way to upload files from the contributors' local storage to a cloud storage provider

What needs to be done?

• Update script to upload course related files from local storage to any Cloud storage provider
