Currently, only admins can access and evaluate paired student-model responses. This limits the ability to leverage teacher insights for validation and refinement.

Give teachers permission to access and evaluate paired responses alongside admins.

🛠 Tasks:

• Update permissions to allow teacher role access to paired response data.
• Make sure all backend updates are applied on OpenTutor.
