Does this instrument need to be more explicit about Database rights?

The current License text reads

The licensor grants you the rights to do everything with the licensed elements that would otherwise infringe that contributor’s intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyright, patent rights, and trade secret rights. However, this license grants you no trademark or publicity rights.

When it comes to model weights, it's not clear to me that they can be protected under copyright. Some may argue that they can be protected under database rights. Should database rights be mentioned explicitly, for the avoidance of doubt? :-)
