qemu-zcu102 should be easy to setup and use on a developer's machine

I use qemu-zcu102 on my machine without the docker containers all the time.
We should add an invocation to qemu-zcu102 to help the user set that up.
We should document how to do this setup and use qemu-zcu102 for everyday work
