[REQ] Create SDK with subset of endpoints

If I want to create a SDK for a subset of endpoints in my spec, I am not sure how to do it -- It is confusing since I tried with globalapis and the ignore file but it does not seem to work.

one way is to use filter in openapi normalizer: https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/blob/master/docs/customization.md#available-filters

redocly cli can also filter the spec, e.g.
