Add configurable storage options to SCD

It would be beneficial to have an option to configure your preferred storage endpoint based on project requirements. I have listed a few options that could help.

Local Storage - Many solutions require storage on the local device or private network.
Solidproject.org - Solid Pods can power ecosystems of interoperable applications where individuals are free to use their data seamlessly across different applications and services.
