Maybe add explanation about a secure ProofMode key on devices without a passcode/passphrase, when they are generally capable

Bug Description :

In General section, when we click on Proof Mode, we get one extra option in Proof Mode in Android 11. In Android 11, we have three options under Proof Mode while in Android 13, we only have two option under Proof Mode

@purvi-ranawat, you probably didn't secure your Android 13 device with a passcode, did you?

We use a "hardware-backed keystore" for this feature. That is not enabled, as long as a device isn't secured with a passcode or passphrase. Hence we don't show it.

Of course it is confusing to users, who see multiple devices.

@hiromipaw, let me know, if we should improve the UI in that case, and how.
