(Internet Archive) : Forgot Password option should be available for Login screen on Internet Archive

When we click on Internet Archive to connect, Login screen for Internet Archive is displayed. On this screen, "Forgot Password" option should be available so that if user forgets the password, they can directly access forgot password link instead of going to archive.org and then changing the same

@foundscapes @purvi-ranawat IA cannot be logged into since the hack. They are maintaining a readonly service atm. We should probably disable it or hide it as an option.
