Manage specific IP and MAC addresses

Context

Use case

Agents, when they register on OpenBAS through an endpoint, bring a lot of information from the machine like hostname, IP addresses, MAC addresses,... Some addresses are specific, local or useless and could become a problem to register an agent to a wrong endpoint.

Current Workaround

Proposed Solution

Give the possibility for a user to customize this list of addresses to not save in OpenBAS.
