Summary
Adds the French Territorial Intelligence agent to the Agents section, as suggested by @DidierRLopes in agents-for-openbb#89.
The agent cross-references three zero-auth French government APIs (SIRENE, DVF, Geo) to produce territorial intelligence insights — enterprise density, affordability index, economic intensity.
