Add EquationsSetSubtypes.REFERENCE_STATE_MOONEY_RIVLIN back to finite elasticity routines

EquationsSetSubtypes.REFERENCE_STATE_MOONEY_RIVLIN was replaced by REFERENCE_STATE_TRANSVERSE_GUCCIONE. The Mooney Rivlin reference state calculation needs to be added to the finite elasticity equation routines.
