When I open image stack, there are something wrong with the color. I export grayscale .tif images by DM, and then open the image stack by tomviz.

Hmm thanks for showing us this. Are you able to share this particular dataset with us?

It looks like you exported the data as 8-bit. You can see in the histogram on top that the intensity values go from 0 - 255. ADF-STEM images typically have a dynamic range from 0-65535 (16 bit). Im not sure if DM can export TIF images with higher bit rates.
