CVS export headers do not match columns

As reported by https://servicedesk.surf.nl/jira/browse/CXT-85517

When a user clicks "Export overview as csv" the headers do not match the coloms.
To be precise:

14 headers & _only_ 13 columns.
It looks like the "Support-mail" header can be removed.
