Dashboard shows PDP policies with a negated list of server providers only for the SPs that the policy does NOT apply to

As a user, when I open the dashboard for my institution, I want to see what policies apply to a service. Currently I can see what policies apply when I go to a service's "Application Settings" -> "Authorization policy"

The PDP policies that use a "negated" list of service providers are shown under the SPs that these do not apply to, not under the SPs that they do apply to. This is confusing. I expect to see a list of all policies that apply to the SP for my IdP.
