Show attained loa\'s in graphs

EB has the ability to enforce stepup loa\'s. We log in the log_logins which stepup loa was attained by the user.

We'd like to present this information. I'm currently thinking about the following way, but am open to suggestions:

• We log "authncontext". This can be many values, including the stepup loa's.
• We are currently only interested in our stepup loa's. Stats gets a configured list of loa's to recognise (https://wiki.surfnet.nl/display/SsID/Using+Levels+of+Assurance+to+express+strength+of+authentication#UsingLevelsofAssurancetoexpressstrengthofauthentication-StandardAuthenticationLoA\'s).
• We color the graph of number of logins in a stacked way (example): from top to bottom: green for loa3, yellow for loa2, babyblue for any other authncontext (de facto loa1).
