IdP / SP data saved twice in week stats

The week stats are sometimes saved twice, when it crosses a month boundary:
e.g in sp_pa_users_week

2020-08-31T00:00:00Z 57 09 3 https://sp_entity 2020
2020-08-31T00:00:00Z 20 08 3 https://sp_entity 2020

We had similar issues in the total logins: This has been fixed in the frontend. If you do a "group by service" and ask for the week stats in the interface now, you get double results

I was wondering, do we really need to save both "month" and "quarter" and "year" in the week stats? If not the issue would be resolved as well right?
