expose feed_version once the GTFS Schedule feed has it

Recently, GTFS Realtime has gained the ability to expose the Schedule feed's feed_info.txt's feed_version: google/transit@7b9f229.

Currently, the VBB Schedule feed doesn't have the feed_info.txt file, but once it does, we can expose it.
