Move Github fork link from Mapillary/OpenSfM to OpenSfM/OpenSfM

NOTE: This repository is no longer under active development. Please use the new OpenSfM repository instead.

OpenSfM/OpenSfM is the new lead. However, our GitHub UI is linked to Mapillary/OpenSfM @smathermather. My understanding is that it is not changeable from our side; we need to contact GitHub support so they can remove the fork and reassign it for us.

Maybe some of the other org owners @Saijin-Naib or @dakotabenjamin could follow up on this? It is mostly nitpicking, but it would make things a bit more obvious.
