connman should be upgraded to fix NTP bug

openelec uses connman 1.33 (connmand --version) and connman 1.35 is available on https://01.org/connman

The NTP bug is discussed on the forums https://forum.openelec.tv/showthread.php?tid=84885

Essentially if an NTP server is temporarily unavailable, connman 1.33 will never reconnect to it.
