Differences in file lists between oec and oec_meta

While testing some changes to the oec_web application, I found there were differences in the file lists between this repository and the main catalogue, it looks like the automatic updates are missing some changes. This will cause problems if you go to one of the missing planet pages, e.g. http://www.openexoplanetcatalogue.com/planet/Nu%20Oct%20A%20b/

There are also several files that have been removed from the main repository, e.g. if they have been renamed or merged. This will likely not cause issues, but will list them here.
