I'm not confident this error is related to MoorDyn, which seems to have initialized properly.

I see you are using FAST.Farm within OpenFAST 3.5.4; does upgrading to the newest release (v4.1.1) resolve the issue?

There were some fixes to FAST.Farm in the 4.0.3 and following releases for some segmentation faults (some related to OpenMP). If your issue persists with v4.1.1, please let us know.
