Description
KoboToolbox has gone through a major version bump, See changelog here . We should QAa getSubmission auto paging behavior and http.namespace helpers

I have tested getSubmission , It's working as expected (find testing workflow here). But i would love to see more test on the auto pagination when using getSubmission and also the http.namespace functions
