docker容器有没有其他下载方式

在我运行命令
```
docker pull zhangjing12/scrnapip
```
遇到如下报错
```
error pulling image configuration: download failed after attempts=6: dial tcp [2a03:2880:f12c:83:face:b00c:0:25de]:443: i/o timeout
```
有无不使用docker pull就能将安装包安装到本地的方式
