please be patient with me, I am Enduser only, so no coding or linux skills. Reached this point of the installation only due to help of perplexity.ai who helped me with installation.

Same issue here when trying to install it for the first time, it seems the instructions to install this don´t work anymore (since July this year, according to the first comments on this issue).

I got it working, but I am certainly not the best source for the answer.

In any case, I corrected two files to make it run properly.

Open the following file with vscode, nano or any text editor: src/app/api/static/uploads/[filename]/route.ts

Locate the following code in the editor:

Correct it with:

Right in front of the word attachement is a backtick. Put one after the } then a comma. This will make it work.

Sorry, the backticks are not showing up correctly in the editor, show I can't show you the exact line. Who know what is going on here? Save and close.

Open the following file with vscode, nano or any text editor: src/middleware.ts

You just need to delete one unnecessary line in the file

Find the following in the code:

Save and close.

Now run:
