Compiling liboauth2 for Windows 10 / 11

Hello All,
I tried to build the liboauth2 library on windows. Since there is no Visual Studio Solution nor CMake Support available, I tried MINGW with autotools and gcc compiler. Unfortunately I´m stuck now since I get an error messages when compiling:

src/ipc.c:28:10: fatal error: mmap-windows.c: No such file or directory
   28 | #include "mmap-windows.c"

I cannot find a file "mmap-windows.c" in the repository. Is this a dependency that is not mentioned in the documentation?
