Using q + Enter to quit devc does not work on Windows

Using q + Enter triggers a server restart and then a loss of terminal input.
You can then use Ctrl-C to force quit dev mode, but the container is still running afterwards.
(Using Ctrl-C instead of q + Enter works fine)

Example output:

[INFO] Restarting server...
[INFO] Stopping container...
...

Hitting this issue now with Gradle as well (it appeared it was only Maven previously). It was not occurring with Gradle at first, but after making multiple changes to server.xml and the Dockerfile and triggering multiple restarts, this error began to show up.
