Semeru finally got merged! 🎉
This project should also be built using IBM Semeru Runtimes.
However, to not let the matrix explode, I also suggest to run the matrix AFTER a single reference build. PR is underway.

Advantages: No additional resources will be blocked unless the reference build succeeds.
