Rename reactive message guide gitlab repo name

Need to rename https://gitlab.com/ibm/skills-network/quicklabs/cloud-hosted-guide-reactive-messaging to https://gitlab.com/ibm/skills-network/quicklabs/cloud-hosted-guide-microprofile-reactive-messaging, but it requires to update the course, re-approve the course, reinstall the course in portal (??), and update the mirror yaml files, etc, and retest all flows.
