• Update the release date
• Make sure that no draft- word in the README.adoc
• Double check the SEO title and description are added for the guide
• Make sure that CONTRIBUTING.md and License files exist
• Make sure that .github/dependabot.yml file exists
• Create (do not merge) a staging PR to update the guide_tags.json, guide_categories.json, and guide_prereqs.json are updated on the staging site and create prod PR
  • if java 17 or 21, do not forget to exclude the guide in the default java prereqs
