URL for MP Rest Client as Env Var through MP Config

Show how the URL for a MP Rest Client instance can be defined as a MP Config Property and be provided via say an Env Var defined in Kube's Config Map.

Note in particular that all non-alphanumeric characters in the Config Property will be replaced with underscore in the Env Var.
