redundant rxjava dependencies #106

@GraceJansen brought this issue up. There are two rxjava dependencies in the pom.xml which appear redundant.

However, these dependencies provide different things. One provides the Observable related classes, and one provides the Flowable related classes. I have included updates in the README to try to make this more clear.
