Remove the touch command in the cloud-hosted guides

SN lab open file button will create the new file if the file does not exist. Update the cloud-hosted guides to remove the touch command.

The GuideConvertor need to be updated too and following:

• make sure the cd commands for all guides
• in guide-rest-client-angularjs, use launch app button
