Re-introduce workaround for JavaCursorContextKind IllegalArgumentException #1438

Revert change in https://github.com/OpenLiberty/liberty-tools-intellij/pull/1366/files. We need to keep this workaround until this LSP4MP update is included in an LSP4MP release: eclipse-lsp4mp/lsp4mp@ac12f78.
