Support running applications with readOnlyRootFilesystem security context

Add support in Operator to configure volume and volume mounts to run applications with readOnlyRootFilesystem security context

Apart from the default Liberty in container locations that must be writable at runtime, we should consider allowing users to specify a list of locations that files can be written to (for their applications).
