Once Hibernate Validator 9.0 has a final release we will need to upgrade from the Beta release. This will include:

• Updating from 9.0.0.Beta3 to the final release
• Updating Jakarta Validation to the 3.1.1 release (should be available before HV9.0 final)
• Adding the 3.1 Schemas in dev/io.openliberty.org.hibernate.validator.9.0/bnd.overrides
• Check messages for changes in 9.0 Final: org.hibernate.validator.9.0/resources/org/hibernate/validator/ValidationMessages.properties
