The hash valued links in Javadocs do not get directed to that exact part of the webpage when opened in another tab #3817
Description
The hash values links that are present in both framed and frameless javadocs, when clicked, does take you to that part of the webpage but if you enter that url including the hash value in another tab, it doesnt take work the same and just takes you to the top of the webpage
