Study https://github.com/langchain4j/langchain4j-cdi. Try out the Liberty example. Try out the tools sample application by using the langchain4j-cdi way and different AI providers. Then, decide 
- should use it in the streaming chat, tools, an rags sample applications?
- or create a new application?
